- 1. The IntScan Pro line-scan inspection cell reads the full film width line by line and pins even tiny defects (hair, particles, bubbles) by MD/CD coordinates.
- 2. IntViewer Pro (IntViewer in the video) shows a defect map and a live gallery, and prints a label for every defect (type, position, size, QR).
- 3. When the roll ends, the labeler sticks the labels on the roll, so the next process knows exactly where to cut.
- 4. The inspection report is generated automatically when the roll's inspection ends.
