Can I apply the fix from a video to my line as is? Each video is a short animation that walks through a problem and a fix. Whether it works on your line depends on a review of samples, imaging conditions and the process.

Will my problem become an episode? Not every problem is covered in an episode. When one is, we ask for your consent first and change any details that could identify your company or product.

Are the episodes in English? When an episode is out in English, its page plays the English version. If it is not out yet, the page plays the Korean version and says so.
